IMPORTANT! Completing this form will sign you up as a member of the Farmer Tom's CSA. You will be billed for the $60 membership fee, and you will begin receiving your selected share size on the next delivery weekend. If you sign up as "Special Order Only", you will only receive produce when you place an order.

Please review our terms prior to joining. When you select your share size, you will receive that share every week, whether or not you place a special order.

Please know that your share will be delivered automatically every week, unless you skip shares by logging in and submitting the skip form on this web site. If all you want is your regular share and nothing else, you do not have to go through the online ordering process every week. If you select "Special Order Only" as your share size, you will only receive a delivery when specifically requested. Special orders require a $5 service fee.
