History:

A cousin of bok choi, this is a common mesclun ingredient. Primarily available in Asian and farmers markets, part of the cabbage family.

Cooking Suggestions:

Use in stir frys, or sautee with garlic and olive oil. Young leaves are also delicious raw in salads.
