Farmer Tom’s CSA TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Farmer Tom's CSA members agree to pay a $70.00 membership fee on joining, with a renewal by March 1st of each succeeding year. First annual membership fee renewals of members who join after April 1st will be prorated. Initial membership fees are payable at first pickup, and renewals are payable by March 1st. In cases of financial hardship, members may request permission to pay membership fees in installments.

Members agree to pay for their shares, special orders, and fruit surprises weekly at pickup. Members further agree to pay for all items delivered on their accounts whether they are picked up or not. Members may skip deliveries as often as they wish, as long as skips are validly entered on the website before the appropriate weekly deadline. Skips my not be entered by email or by phone.

Farmer Tom's service and all produce delivered under it is fully guaranteed as long as shares and orders are picked up on Friday. The initial membership fee, minus any outstanding charges, is refundable if a member chooses to discontinue C.S.A. membership within 30 days of joining. Due to the volatile nature of the fruit and vegetable business, prices are subject to change at any time, though we do our best to hold any price increases to an absolute minimum.
